We are seeking a Airport Operations Specialist who will:
• Lead and manage the airports operations (including cargo)
• To manage all ground operations and ensure that the ground operation is carried out in accordance with China Southern Airlines standards and applicable regulations,
• Help to implement innovative ideas and strive to do things differently and better in all aspects of airport ground operations
• Motivate and inspire the frontline team to enable supportive and collaborative teamwork
Who has the below qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree
• Native Turkish and proficiency in spoken and written English
• Chinese knowledge will be a plus
• At least 2 years of experience in the aviation sector
• Proven experience and knowledge in the aviation industry – primarily operational
• Airside Safety Awareness
• Very strong guest experience mentality with strong interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and committed leader who enjoys teamwork
