General Qualifications:
- Graduated from Aerospace or Aeronautical Engineering departments
- At least two years of experience in aviation sector in a leadership role
- Strong team work and team management ability and excellent analytical, organizational and relationship management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Turkish and English
- No military obligation for male candidates
UTC Turkish Technic Service Center is a recently established Joint Venture company located in Gebze/Kocaeli. The company offers maintenance, repair and overhaul services of thrust reverser and nacelle systems to commercial airlines both domestic and international.

The Operations Manager will report to the General Manager as a member of the local Management Team and coordinate, coach and manage operational activities; including shop floor, purchasing and warehouse. The successful candidate’s core responsibilities will be as follows:
- Responsibility for the overall management and performance of operations within the business
- Executing Continuous Improvement initiatives to improve service levels to our customers, with a strong focus on the elimination of waste
- Must have the ability to make course correction to meet customer expectations in a demanding and challenging market place
- Delivering services to customers on time without defects
- Driving a positive culture to our core values, ethics, environment, health and safety and compliance
