- Maintains customer and competitor intelligence profiles. Identifies market trends to anticipate customer requirements.
- Quantifies the attributes of our products/services to meet customer needs and enhance customer acceptance.
- Supports the competitive assessment activities of products and services through utilization of Boeing tools and industry wide resources to achieve competitive advantage.
- Supports development of key marketing communication strategies and messages.
- Generates periodic research reports and profiles utilizing resource tools to support internal customer analyses.
