About Your Job:Reporting to the Country Manager you will be responsible for driving shareholder value through the maximising of market share, sales and profits.  You will effectively lead the field personnel within the designated territory with the objectives of continuing to grow and develop the existing client base.

Responsibilities will include reviewing of the sales pipeline on a regular basis and providing feedback to the Management and the team.  You will be accountable to ensure that Sales staff are performing on a daily and weekly basis as well as designing and recommending sales and marketing programs to meet short and long term sales targets.  Coordination and overseeing of advertising and promotional campaigns within set budgets will be essential along with identifying and developing interline opportunities in both on-line and off-line markets.

You will lead by example and will recruit, train develop and discipline team members to ensure a high level of service delivery in meeting a common goal.

 

About You:The successful candidate will ideally have:

  • A Bachelors degree or equivalent
  • Accreditation in Sales Management highly desirable
  • Five years experience within Sales along with previous airline or travel trade experience in the local market
  • Strong direct sales background
  • Experience of GDS and ticketing
  • A strong track record of strategic planning and a proven ability of leading a team
  • Articulate with a high level of customer service at all times
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with key decision makers and influence key companies
  • Fluent English communication skills are essential.

Abour Your Job:We are looking for dynamic and highly motivated Sales Executive to join our Commercial Division in Turkey.

The main responsibilities of the position will be to achieve and excel allocated targets, protect existing business and constantly exploit any new business opportunities.  Creating maximum awareness of QR Services will be key to your success.

You will also provide management of corporate accounts, forecasting and production of weekly sales plan

About You:You should be proactive person with previous experience in sales environment in hospitality /service/airline industry.

You must hold at minimum High School Certificate. Ideally minimum 3 years experience in Sales role preferably within premium, 5 Star hospitality/service/airline industry.

Good interpersonal and communication skills in English and Turkish along with knowledge of PC-based applications are also required. Your mother language should be Turkish and you should have Turkish citizenship. Administrative and technological ability will ensure that you succeed in managing your day to day operations.

Ideal candidate should be creative and communicative person. High level of interpersonal skills and versatility will help you positively promote QR Services.

    Hello everyone. My name is Mehmet Kali. In the industry, I am known as "Kali". I graduated from the first civil aviation training school in Turkey, which was known as the Civil Aviation School at the time and is now Eskişehir Technical University, in 1991. As I graduated from the Business Administration department, it was a bit challenging for me to integrate into the industry. I have worked for companies such as SultanAir, DHMI, Havaş, and Swissair, and currently, I provide services and consultancy in air cargo transportation. I have experience in dispatching, air traffic control, passenger services, and aircraft coordination. During my time at Swissair, I had the opportunity to experience aviation training in many countries. Since 2012, I have been focusing on air cargo transportation. For three years, I taught courses on air cargo at Nişantaşı University. I still hold valid IATA certifications related to both passenger and cargo operations. For over ten years, I have been managing aeroportist.com, a news website related to aviation, which initially started as a hobby. I enjoy building aviation networks and sharing knowledge.
