Ekol Logistics, DFDS ile Yeni Bir Ä°Å BirliÄi Yolunda!
Ekol Lojistik, uluslararası taÅımacılık ve gümrükleme operasyonlarının DFDS’ye devri konusunda önemli bir adım attı.
1 Kasım 2024 tarihinde planlanan devir iÅlemi, belirlenen Åekilde gerçekleÅmemiÅti. Ancak, CumhurbaÅkanlıÄı Yatırım Ofisi BaÅkanı Burak DaÄlıoÄlu’nun desteÄiyle taraflar yeniden bir araya gelerek müzakerelere devam etti.
Ekol, bu adımla teknoloji, depolama yönetimi ve daÄıtım alanlarında sürdürülebilir büyüme hedeflerine ulaÅmak için saÄlam bir temel oluÅturmayı amaçlıyor. DFDS ise Avrupa genelindeki lojistik aÄını Türkiye’ye geniÅleterek, Türkiye ve Avrupa arasında ticaret yapan müÅterilerine uçtan uca taÅıma ve lojistik çözümleri sunma fırsatı elde edecek.
Ekol Transport A.Å.’nin DFDS’ye devri konusunda anlaÅmaya varıldı. Ekol, bu süreç boyunca yanlarında olan tüm çalıÅanlarına ve iÅ ortaklarına teÅekkürlerini iletti.
Ekol, gelecekte de sektör ve ülke ekonomisine katkı saÄlamak için yenilikçi projelere devam edecek.

The transfer of our international transportation and customs clearance operations to DFDS could not be finalized as planned on November 1, 2024. However, in coordination with Mr. Burak DaÄlıoÄlu, President of the Presidency Investment Office, the parties were able to reconvene and reassess the negotiations. We sincerely thank him for his valuable contributions throughout this process.
With this step, as Ekol, we aimed to establish a solid foundation to accelerate progress toward our sustainable growth goals in technology, warehouse management, and distribution. DFDS, on the other hand, will expand its logistics network across Europe and connect it to Türkiye, thereby gaining the opportunity to offer end-to-end transportation and logistics solutions to customers trading between Türkiye and Europe. Furthermore, we consider the contribution of this decision to foreign direct investment flow to our country to be of great importance.
As a result of these developments, an agreement has been reached for the transfer of Ekol Transport A.Å. to DFDS. We extend our heartfelt thanks to all our colleagues and business partners who stood by us and supported us throughout this process. Your trust and contributions have not only facilitated this transition but also inspired us to bring our future vision to life.
As Ekol, we will continue to pursue innovative projects with determination, aiming to contribute to both our sector and the national economy. I hope this agreement will bring prosperity to our companies, our industry, and our country.
