We are looking for a Compliance Monitoring  Specialist who will work at the Headquarter of BBN Airlines, in İstanbul.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Follow up of DGCA, customer, internal and external documents.
• Performing scheduled and unplanned audits (SHT-OPS, SHT-FCL, SHT-APAM, SHT-EFB, SHT-FTL/HG, SHT-CC, SHT-RAMP, SHT-SMS, SHT-FDM, SHT-FSTD, SHT-CAM, SHT-145)
• Execution of high-quality audits regarding company’s processes and functions either solo or being a part of Internal Audit Team
• Consultation of the audit results with the audited functions
• Follow-up of audit / internal control findings and action plans
• Help to prepare annual internal audit plan.
• Continuous development of process know-how and methodological skills for all kind of process audits
• Support the control of field operations.
• Form-procedure-instruction etc. of other departments. evaluation and approval of publications in terms of compliance monitoring department
• Monitoring of incoming and outgoing correspondence of the DGCA, transferring them to the system, publishing them to the relevant departments and ensuring the immediate response
• Internal evaluation of the regulations issued by the General Directorate of Civil Aviation and other authorities (EASA etc.), compliance with the company and coordination with other departments.

OUALIFICATIONS:

•  Bachelor’s degree in engineering or Civil Aviation Management
•  1-3 years’ work experience in similar position
•  Aviation and auditing knowledge and experience is preferred.
•  Knowledge and experience in aircraft systems is preferred.
•  Total quality management and auditing certificates are preferred.
•  Responsible, prone to teamwork, open to continuous improvement and able to take   initiative if necessary.
•  Analytical thinking, data management and its presenting to management and  problem-solving skills.
•  Highly motivated, caring, and attentive to details.
•  Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English & Turkish.
